Fundraising Events
Each family will need to pay $100 into fundraising & with participation, earn money back!
- Raffle! New this year! Each family will need to pre-pay $50 for 2 books of raffle tickets.
1st Place $500, 2nd Place $250 3rd Place $100 - to be drawn at Decembers Holiday Party.
The team needs to sell at least 100 books to support this prize money! $1 per ticket / 25 per book
- Cap Day - Planned for October - If you participate you can earn back $25.
- Discount Cards - for local businesses $5 each, sell 30 to earn back $25.
Participation Hours - Tracking Forms:
$100 deposit for one swimmer, $125 for 2+ swimmers.
- 15 hours needed per family to be reimbursed for Participation Fees.
- Cash/Checks will be held until January and returned to you, if hours are complete.
- Please turn in your Yellow Tracking Form to receive your participation refund.
Swim Class/Lessons - Starts September 27th
We will be offering swim lessons again this season to a limited amount of participants.
- Registration 5:30 pm and First Session 6:00 pm will be Monday, Sept. 27th.
- Limited room, first come first sign-up to participate.
- $100 fee, Duration 4 weeks, generally Mondays & Wednesdays.
Calendar will be provided.
Reminder - Expectations of Swimmers during Meets!
Please remind your swimmers of the following rules!
1) No horseplay or wondering off
2) Be responsible with food and drink
3) Inform coaches if you need to leave the deck for any reason
4) Be on-time for your event and pay attention at the blocks
5) Be proud to be a Stingray! Let your actions reflect it!
